Style Saturday: My Closet

Oh my lanta, it’s the freakin’ weekend! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜‰ BUT it’s 24 degrees, which calls for major sweater/blanket sweater weather. Can we actually survive 6 more weeks of this?! โ„๏ธ
So despite the chilly winter weather, my closet comes to the rescue!

Staples are key.
I’m all about staying warm, comfy & fashionable. With that, I stick with staples. Staples & neutrals. Mixing the two together can easily make wild and different outfits that you can wear time & time again! And I’m all about the sweaters: long, short, bulky & light.

Now, let’s talk blanket scarves. They can be worn as a scarf while outside or even as an accessory! And you can twist and fold them so many different ways. Like hello, LOVE!! Even with blanket scarves, I try to pick neutral colors that can be worn with all different outfits!

Ponchos are fab. They add warmth & style to any look. Black, grey & cream are my favorite colors: prime for pairing statement jewelry. โœจ

Blanket scarves, ponchos & hats… OH MY!
Side note: this gorgeous wardrobe saved my wardrobe, curtsey of a dear friend of mine. I recommend a wardrobe if your tight on space or are looking for a statement piece to utilize.

So what’s in your wardrobe?! What pieces do you stay warm with? Let’s hear!!

Until next time, Xx

  1. Indeed in cold weather warm comfortable sweaters , ponchos and scarves are the best options! I am also a big fan of these winter pieces and of course my wardrobe also includes them ๐Ÿ™‚ For winter I prefer light pastel colors, but I often combine them with bright accessories to make the look more interesting ๐Ÿ™‚

Would love to hear your opinion on my new post too:)
