Fall Essentials

Happy November 1st, all! The start of a beautiful month – nature and spiritual-wise. πŸπŸΏπŸ“Ώ

I feel like this is a commonly covered topic, but it’s always a blast to put together (& see others’) essentials for the season! I like to stick with basics for essentials because you can easily pair them with those fun-patterned, uniquely colored pieces. And yes, somewhat similar to my last post/a spin-off… but enjoy! πŸ˜‰

1. Skinny black pants – these babies can go with virtually any color and texture. You dress them up, dress them down, dress them however you want!

All black everything β–ͺ️

2. A blanket scarf – a heavier scarf can work for any sized woman (if wrapped correctly)! Promise (http://kellyinthecity.com/how-to-tie-a-blanket-scarf/). A blanket scarf adds a bit of personality and unique flare to an outfit, especially if you’re in hurry.

BIG SIDE NOTE: Yesterday, I didn’t have much with me for an outfit change between work & meeting my boyfriend, so I wore all black along with my mult-maroon/cream scarf and maroon flats. It worked. 😎

S/o to Braulio Fontanez for taking some great shots at Schiller Park

+ *EVEN BIGGER SIDE NOTE: if any of you aren’t native to Columbus and are in the area sometime, I highly recommend visiting Schiller Park in German Village. It’s beautiful scenery, good, calming vibes and an interesting history πŸŒΎπŸ‚

Alrighty! What are some of your fall wardrobe essentials? What’s your favorite piece to wear and how do you pair it?

Until next time, Xx
